PT/FT Wellness Clinician-Licensed (LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC)
for each heading only if content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Must not create sections with placeholder text. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Intro: "Expect Success at Bridgeway! We make a difference..." That's about organization, maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be description of role. The posting includes "Who we are", "Why you should apply", "Department: Hudson BCIS Salary: 68k-72k Location: Hoboken, NJ FT Hours: Monday-Friday: 2 days 12pm-8pm, 3 days 9am-5pm (flexible on days) PT Hours: 24 hours (3 shifts a week) Bilingual Required* Position Overview: ..." We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions), Requirements (Education/Certifications, Experience, Driver's License etc), Qualifications (maybe overlapping with Requirements? But we can treat Requirements as qualifications). Skills maybe not explicit; we could omit if no specific skills list. Benefits: listed. Pay: salary range 68k-72k. Schedule: FT Hours and PT Hours details. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay and schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove EEO paragraph at end. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract: About the role: Could be the introductory paragraphs about Bridgeway and why you should apply, plus Position Overview. We'll combine into a prose
maybe multiple paragraphs. Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions list (many bullet-like sentences). We'll turn each into
- .
Requirements: Education/Certifications, Experience, Driver's License, Vehicle, Bilingual Required (maybe also CADC preferred). We'll list.
Qualifications: Might be same as Requirements; but we could skip if duplicate. The instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have Requirements; we could also have Qualifications if distinct (like LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW required, CADC preferred). That's essentially qualifications. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But we have both headings allowed. To avoid thin sections, maybe combine into Requirements (includes education, certifications, experience, qualifications). Skills: maybe not explicit; we could omit.
Benefits: list.
Pay: salary range.
Schedule: FT Hours and PT Hours.
We must not include "Bilingual Required*" as a heading; it's part of Requirements.
We must not include "Position Overview" as heading; we can incorporate into About the role.
Let's craft.

We need to ensure no extra sections like Skills (omit). Also ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO. We removed that. Check that we didn't repeat job title. Good. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The intro about Bridgeway, why you should apply, department, location, salary, hours, bilingual required, position overview, essential functions, requirements, benefits, etc. We included location? Not yet. We missed location: "Location: Hoboken, NJ". Should be included somewhere, maybe in About the role or a separate meta. Since we have no specific heading for location, we can add a short paragraph after About the role or within About the role. The instruction: do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. Location is minor metadata; we can include in a
after About the role or within it. Let's add a paragraph after About the role: "
Location: Hoboken, NJ. Department: Hudson BCIS.
" That preserves info. Also we might include "FT Hours: Monday-Friday: 2 days 12pm-8pm, 3 days 9am-5pm (flexible on days) PT Hours: 24 hours (3 shifts a week)" which we already captured in Schedule. We also need to include "Bilingual Required*" - we have that in Requirements. Check we didn't miss any essential functions: we captured many but ensure we didn't miss any like "Provides Under the clinical supervision of Senior Wellness Clinician conducts intake assessment, DSM-V diagnosis, goal planning, brief treatment, crisis stabilization, linkage, and discharge planning services for individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders, inclusive of substance abuse and medical disorders." We covered. Also "As part of this, a Risk Assessment is conducted with each individual to assess suicidal and/or homicidal ideation with clinically indicated follow up if needed." Covered. Also "Under the clinical supervision of Senior Wellness Clinician provides mental health and substance abuse treatment and education on-site to persons served and significant others, of ten focusing on evidence-based, trauma informed brief treatment." Covered. Also "Under the clinical supervision of Senior Wellness Clinician provides crisis intervention services for persons served with acute psychiatric needs whose circumstances and conditions require rapid intervention.
