Primary Responsibilities

• Create courses aligned with learning outcomes.

• Utilize various assessment methods to evaluate student progress and learning.
• Support students in achieving their academic, personal, and career goals.
• Model respect and confidence in all students.
• Collaborate with peers and promote teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Biology.
• Experience with Blackboard Learning Management System preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
• Commitment to the open access mission of the community college.
