About the role

The role is responsible for managing the administrative functions within the store, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the store, including inventory management and stock levels.
  • Schedule employees and manage shift coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.

Pay
