About the role

As a key member of the Giant team, this position plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the store. This includes managing store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and assisting with customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with customer service, resolving issues and inquiries as needed.
  • Support store managers in planning and executing store events and promotions.
  • Handle daily store tasks such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring store security.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.

Pay
