About the role

As a key member of the store team, this position is responsible for managing various administrative tasks within the store.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records related to store operations.
  • Support store management with planning and organizing store events and promotions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
