About the role

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Store Administrator. This role is responsible for managing various administrative tasks within the store.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with store policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain supply chain efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Support store operations by assisting with day-to-day activities as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems is preferred.
