About the role
The role of Store Admin at Giant is responsible for managing administrative tasks within the store, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the store manager. This includes maintaining inventory, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage vendor relationships.
- Support store manager with administrative tasks and ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
