About the role
Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Store Administrator to oversee administrative tasks within a retail store setting. This role will support the store manager and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ordering processes
- Handle employee scheduling and timekeeping
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for store needs
- Oversee store maintenance and facility management
- Support store manager with administrative tasks and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail administration or similar field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
Skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
