About the role

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Store Administrator to oversee administrative tasks within a retail store setting. This role will support the store manager and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ordering processes
  • Handle employee scheduling and timekeeping
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for store needs
  • Oversee store maintenance and facility management
  • Support store manager with administrative tasks and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail administration or similar field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)

Skills

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of retail operations and compliance standards
