About the role

Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services Supervisor for their day program in Hattiesburg, MS.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the PSR program by assisting adult consumers and other personnel.
• Helps consumers resolve problems through independent problem-solving techniques.
• Demonstrates knowledge of SMI (Serious and Persistent Mental Illness) diagnoses.
• Obtains pre-authorizations for clients in a timely manner.
• Manages transportation for consumers to and from the program.

Requirements

• Master's degree in behavioral health field required.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required.
• MS Class C CDL required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to manage multiple projects during the work day.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
