About the role

This position plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities. You will be responsible for providing services that enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized service plans based on client needs.
  • Provide direct support services including daily living activities, social skills training, and behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
  • Document all interactions and progress in client files and reports.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
  • Experience with behavior analysis and positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
