About the role
This position plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities. You will be responsible for providing services that enhance their quality of life.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized service plans based on client needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to promote social skills and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust services accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience working with Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for these populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with technology and software applications used in service delivery.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
Skills
