About the role

This position plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities. You will be responsible for providing services that enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized service plans based on client needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to promote social skills and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust services accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience working with Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for these populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with technology and software applications used in service delivery.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The typical work week consists of 40 hours, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs.
