About the role

This position plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities. You will be responsible for providing services that enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized service plans based on client needs.
  • Provide direct support services including daily living activities, social skills training, and behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust service plans accordingly.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience working with individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs.

Pay
