This position plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing quality of life through innovative services.Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Facilitate communication between clients, families, and other service providers.
- Conduct assessments and develop strategies to improve social skills and daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate records and report progress to supervising staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience working with Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
- Experience with evidence-based interventions and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
