Job Summary

Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is seeking a psychiatrist to lead and help build our newly opened Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services. This is a unique opportunity for a physician who enjoys creating, growing, and shaping services in partnership with hospital leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care.
• Lead multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Help develop and grow our Newly Opened PHP & IOP programs.
• Partner with hospital leadership on strategy, quality, and operations.
• Support clinical excellence and program expansion.

Qualifications

• Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited and recognized institution.
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible General Psychiatry required.
• Licensure: Current Arizona medical license, in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure.
