About the role

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating outpatient psychiatric and medical services to ensure high-quality care and adherence to regulatory and clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders, clinicians, quality teams, and finance staff on strategic planning, clinical policies, quality improvement initiatives, budget management, and performance reporting.
• Provide clinical consultation to various programs to support effective service delivery.
• Represent the organization in external meetings, advocating for clinical standards and organizational interests.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of outpatient psychiatric and medical services, regulatory requirements, and clinical standards.
• Experience in strategic planning, quality improvement, and performance analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
