Director of Outpatient Services (IOP/PHP)- Glendale
Position Summary
The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the development, administration, growth, and operational success of Aurora's IOP and PHP programs. This leader will ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services while supporting organizational goals, regulatory compliance, patient outcomes, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree required in a behavioral health-related field
Licensure: Must Possess One Of The Following Arizona Licenses: LCSWLMSWLMFTLAMFTLISACLASACLPCLAC
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health and/or hospital experience in clinical inpatient and/or outpatient settings
Experience: Experience in psychiatric and substance use treatment programs
Experience: Experience developing, growing, and managing programs preferred
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Additional Requirements
Age: Must be at least 21 years of age
Fingerprint clearance: Current fingerprint clearance requirements
TB test: Negative TB test or medical clearance
CPR certification: Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Therapeutic Options (TO) certification: Current Therapeutic Options (TO) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
