About the role

The Medical Director is responsible for overseeing the psychiatric outpatient clinic operations, ensuring quality care and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services and ensure adherence to treatment protocols and standards of care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive mental health services.
• Provide consultation and training to staff members.
• Participate in ongoing evaluation and improvement of clinic operations.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Psychiatry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a psychiatric setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
