About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Psychiatric Unit in Janesville, WI. This role involves delivering high-quality behavioral health care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, administering medications, documenting care, and developing individualized patient plans.

The nurse will participate in performance improvement activities, provide clinical guidance, and utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and positive experiences.

Requirements
