About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Behavioral Health to join our Psychiatric Unit. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment, with an emphasis on patient safety and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Develop and update individualized patient care plans.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance care quality.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to colleagues.
• Apply critical thinking to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Requirements

• Current RN license (Wisconsin or multi-state compact license).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing.
