Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Develop and update individualized patient care plans.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and quality initiatives.
• Provide clinical guidance to support staff and ensure best practices.
• Ensure patient safety through critical thinking and adherence to protocols.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin or multi-state RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing.
