Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Locum Tenens

This role involves providing full-time behavioral health psychiatric services in ER and urgent care settings within a structured clinical environment. Responsibilities include: conducting admissions, follow-up appointments, and medical clearance evaluations for patients of all ages, managing cases related to crisis intervention, suicidal ideations, depression, and anxiety.Work involves: 12-hour day shifts, with multiple shifts available weekly, totaling 40 hours on-site.Clinical support team: includes counselors, residents, a psychiatrist, nurses, and behavioral health technicians.Qualifications: board certification and prescriptive authority are required.Patient load: approximately 10-15 cases per day. This position does not require call coverage.
