Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Locum Tenens

This role involves providing full-time psychiatric services in an ER and urgent care setting within a behavioral health facility. Clinicians will work 12-hour day shifts, conducting admissions, follow-ups, and medical clearances for patients of all ages experiencing issues such as crisis situations, suicidal ideation, depression, and anxiety. The position requires board certification and prescriptive authority. Support is provided by a multidisciplinary team including counselors, residents, nurses, a psychiatrist, and behavioral health technicians. Caseload typically includes 10-15 patients per day, with no call coverage required.
