About the role

Full-Time Psychiatric Nurse Manager position located at the Administrative Office in Medford, Oregon, Lane Service Center in Eugene, Oregon, or Portland Service Center in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of nursing services to ensure medical appropriateness, adherence to professional scope of practice, and accurate documentation in client electronic health records.
• Oversee nursing operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and medication compliance standards.
• Develop, implement, oversee, and evaluate quality assurance measures to ensure the delivery of the highest patient care.
• Administer the development and continuation of a Wellness Program for Residential & Supportive Housing clients.
• Travel to multiple CCS programs occasionally.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license issued by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• Previous experience providing acute psychiatric care, residential care, or outpatient community mental health treatment and management of staff.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence (or obtain within 30 days of hire), maintain a safe driving record, and pass a DHS criminal background check.
• Ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers; occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel; lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
• Maintain access to a compatible smartphone capable of supporting the organization’s approved multi-factor authentication application.

Pay

$9,166.66 – $11,250 per month, DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% language differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Full-Time Day); may require on-call work via phone.
