About the role
Provide compassionate care to patients in a psychiatric setting. Assist in developing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
