About the role
Oaklawn provides comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment services. Our team works collaboratively to support individuals in their journey towards recovery and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Assess and document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (for some positions)
- Experience in mental health and/or addiction treatment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Current licensure/certification in relevant field (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LSW)
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health and addiction treatment
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
