Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Hybrid Schedule
About the role
LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMPNP) who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients under the supervision of a psychiatrist
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments, including physical exams and lab tests
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient response
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects
Requirements
- Current California license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMPNP)
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Experience in medication management
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health
- ACNP certification preferred
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN

$200,000 - $250,000, compensation model based on productivity
