About the role
LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focusing on evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults. We are currently seeking talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Adult Psychiatrists.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and manage psychiatric conditions
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
- Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain licensure
Requirements
- Current license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in California
- Experience in medication management
- Experience working in a fast-paced, clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification (preferred)
- Board certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP-BC) (preferred)
