Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Hybrid Schedule
About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PNPs) and Adult Psychiatrists.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical evidence.
- Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens as appropriate.
- Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing monitoring of patients' progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
- Current California license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMPHNPs).
- Experience in medication management.
- Must be fully licensed and unencumbered by the DEA.
- Preferred 103 status.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on psychiatric-mental health nursing.
- ACNP certification preferred.
- Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychiatric medications.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

$200,000 - $250,000, compensation model based on productivity
