Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Hybrid Schedule

About the role

LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focusing on evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults. We are currently seeking talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Adult Psychiatrists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in accordance with medical standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens as appropriate.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments, including physical exams and psychological evaluations.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and stay current with industry trends.
• Document patient care in electronic health records accurately and timely.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

Requirements

• Current California license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMPHNPS).
• Experience in medication management.
• Unencumbered DEA license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification.
• Board certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP).

Pay

Competitive compensation range: $200,000 - $250,000, based on productivity.
