Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Hybrid Schedule

About the role

LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults. We are currently seeking talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Adult Psychiatrists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in accordance with evidence-based practices and guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
• Engage in research and contribute to the advancement of psychiatric nursing practice.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP).
• Current California license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMPHNPs).
• Experience in medication management.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and guidelines in psychiatric nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing psychiatric care to adult patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for improving access to mental healthcare.

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Pay

Competitive compensation based on productivity, ranging from $200,000 to $250,000.
