PSS / Patient Services Specialist - UW Medicine Primary Care at Kirkland
About the role
Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) – Wednesday/Thursday 9:30 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, Day Shift. Located at UW Medicine Primary Care at Kirkland, conveniently situated on the corner of Kirkland Way and 6th St., three blocks from the Kirkland Transit Center. The clinic provides personalized care for all ages, easy access, and respects patient backgrounds and preferences. Responsibilities
- Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
- Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
- Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
- Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
- Other duties as requested
Requirements
High school graduation or equivalent AND one year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay
Pay range: $24.30 – $35.35 per hour.
