Patient Services Specialist (PSS)

Responsibilities

• Providing a professional atmosphere for reception.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Updating all patient demographic information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to interact with broad segments of staff and promote effective working relationships.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
