Responsibilities
- Answering calls
- Managing physician schedules
- Managing all incoming/outgoing documents from providers/patients
- Representing the clinic with a positive, professional attitude
- Ensuring a smooth flow throughout the office
- Working to minimize patient wait times
- Serving as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in a retail, business, or office setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year medical office reception experience
