Team
Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83‑bed acute‑care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services with a Level IV Trauma‑designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services, and more.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and manage physician schedules.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing documents from providers and patients.
- Represent the clinic with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ensure smooth office flow and work to minimize patient wait times.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a retail, business, or office setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1 year of medical office reception experience (preferred).
Schedule
Day‑shift, full‑time.
