PSS / Patient Services Specialist - Primary Care at OPMC

UW Medicine Primary Care at OPMC (Outpatient Medical Center) has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Patient Services Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
• Schedule provider and ancillary service appointments
• Obtain patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
• Partner with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
• Other duties as requested

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR an equivalent combination of education/experience

• Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week)
• Day shift

Pay

Pay range: $24.30 – $35.35 hourly
