Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce provisioning technical documentation and logistics support documentation in accordance with Company, military and commercial specifications and standards.
- Organize and prepare specified provisioning documentation including compilation/analysis of source material.
- Cookordinate the development, editing, composition, production, and delivery of assigned provisioning technical documentation in accordance with applicable specifications/standards.
- Cookordinate required ancillary services and interdepartmental activities.
- Record and report the change process of Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) data ensuring information needed to manage configuration item identification for marine vessels.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalency (i.e. General Education Diploma).
- Capable of doing research and contacting manufacturers for information pertaining to equipment and systems preferred.
- Ability to perform shipboard verification and validation preferred.
Skills And Abilities
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Good human relations and people skills.
- Strong communication skills, including written and oral communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of computers and computer software.
- Able to continuously work with detailed information.
