- Produce practical training content independently (e.g., self-filmed quick-tip videos, short demonstrations, scripts, outlines, and job aids) while coordinating with agency or internal creative resources for higher-production assets.
- Lead live virtual training sessions for contractors and internal teams to complement on-demand content with real-time engagement and Q&A.
- Execute targeted in-person training at trade events, distributor locations, or hands-on clinics where physical demonstration adds unique learning value.
- Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Engage cross-functional partners to identify business priorities, customer pain points, launch needs, and field feedback that inform training priorities.
- Convert product, technical, commercial, and customer insights into accurate, practical, and audience-specific training content.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to address high-frequency support issues and product misapplication patterns through proactive training.
- Align training content with product launches, channel programs, campaigns, customer journeys, events, and digital platforms to ensure accessibility at key moments.
- Create feedback loops with customer-facing and commercial teams to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize training updates that improve customer experience.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Define, track, and report on a training performance framework that measures learning activity and monitors business indicators influenced by the training program.
- Analyze engagement, completion, feedback, and performance data to improve underperforming programs and scale successful formats.
- Establish feedback loops with trained audiences, Sales, and Customer Service to validate training effectiveness and continuously improve curriculum quality.
- Maintain an always-on enablement approach, ensuring training content remains current as products, applications, competitors, and market conditions evolve.
