Production - Installer/ Foreman-in-Training
About the role
As a Foreman-in-Training for Adirondack Basement Systems ("ABS"), you'll be on a team that goes to customers' homes to safely install high-quality foundation repair products and provide the customer with a remarkable experience. You'll also be impacting homeowners' lives by solving the most serious issues with their homes.

Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, framing, or electrical work is a plus
- Preferably, a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability
THIS IS A WORKING POSITION; you will be doing the work with the rest of the crew.
Pay
Hourly pay ($20/hr) plus opportunities for overtime, and a pay-per-job performance bonus, ranging from $45k to $120k+ annually.
