Foreman in Training
Baird Foundation Repair is seeking a reliable and precise Foundation Repair Team Lead to support the installation of foundation repair systems that protect the safety and stability of our customers' homes. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who values structure, craftsmanship, and long-term career growth in a construction trade.
About the role
Working as part of a crew of 3, you’ll assist with job site setup, tool and material preparation, and ensure equipment is properly loaded and organized for each project. You’ll follow established processes to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while gaining valuable field experience and training within an industry-leading team.

Responsibilities
- Assist with job site setup and tool/material preparation
- Ensure equipment is properly loaded and organized for each project
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling, climbing, kneeling)
- Preemployment screening includes motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check
- Ability to travel 30% to 50% of the time
- Must be able to commute to Corpus Christi, TX 78410
