Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a Foreman to understand the intricacies of our industry and operations.
  • Learn to operate heavy equipment such as pneumatic whip machines, material drills, air lancers, and Cardox CO2 Systems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA/MSHA guidelines.
  • Lead and manage a crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Communicate with clients professionally representing the company well.
  • Operate specialized bulk clearing equipment to remove bulk materials from industrial silos and towers.
  • Drill and set explosive charges as necessary for bulk material removal.
  • Perform blasting operations to clear bulk materials.
  • Operate bin whip and drill equipment proficiently.
  • Execute welding and cutting tasks as required.
  • Conduct general maintenance duties to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Travel to various job sites across the United States + Worldwide, with project durations varying from one week to three months+

Requirements

  • Travel Requirements: The role requires extensive travel, with 6-8 weeks on the road followed by one week off. All travel expenses are covered, including flights, hotel accommodation, rideshares, and rental vehicles if necessary.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in various locations across the United States and worldwide are essential.

Skills and Experience

  • Comfortable working at heights and adhering to stringent safety measures.
  • 2+ years of RELEVANT Industrial, Mechanical or related construction industry experience.
  • Expertise with power tools and general maintenance work.
  • Experience supervising/leading a crew in a construction/industrial environment.
  • Strong physical strength and stamina.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate hazards safely.
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Pre-Employment and Random Drug Screening

  • Mandatory pre-employment and random drug screening.
  • Must pass a comprehensive Federal Background Screening (including ATF/FBI).

Pay and Benefits

  • Starting pay: $24.00 per hour + OT
  • Estimated annual earnings: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 with overtime.
  • Daily per diem: $35.00 to cover meals and incidental expenses.
  • All expenses paid travel.
