About the role

AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks is a select service hotel located in downtown Cincinnati, adjacent to the Great American Ballpark and Smale Park. The property has a reputation for service excellence and is seeking to hire the best team members to maintain this standard.

Responsibilities

  • Rotating through key departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Maintenance, Food & Beverage (where applicable), and Guest Services
  • Learning hotel standards, brand requirements, financial management, and leadership skills
  • Preparing for placement into a Department Assistant or Manager position upon successful completion of the program

Requirements

This position is ideal for motivated hospitality professionals seeking to build a long-term career in hotel management while gaining comprehensive operational and leadership experience in a full service hotel environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest service

Benefits

Compensation range: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
