The Manager-in-Training (MIT) program at SBM is a 9-week intensive program designed to develop emerging leaders through hands-on training and professional development.

Core Skills Developed

• Team development and performance management
• Client engagement and relationship management
• Safety program management

Qualifications

• Candidates must be willing to relocate for the role.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
