Responsibilities

• Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company truck for each job
• Travel to the customer's home to install the job
• Install jobs using company-approved and quality-driven methods
• Perform hands-on labor including basement demolition, debris removal, trench digging, and working in low-ceiling environments
• Work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards
• Collaborate with a team of Foreman in Training
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Ability to operate equipment and power tools
• Ability to travel occasionally
