About the role
Nourish is a dietitian-led metabolic health clinic aiming to improve health outcomes through better nutrition. We partner with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs)
- Spend 3 days per week in the field coaching PPMs through live provider meetings and ride-alongs
- Hire, train, and onboard new team members
- Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s anchored in pipeline reviews and account planning
- Review PPM meeting recordings to provide feedback and surface best practices
- Implement performance management processes
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that aligns with Nourish's values

What We'd Love to Hear From You
- A proven track record in healthcare sales/BD
- 1+ years of sales management experience, ideally at a high-growth startup
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople
- Comfortable and energized spending the majority of your week in the field with reps
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Aptitude for learning new systems
