About the role

As a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager at Nourish, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to improve health outcomes through better nutrition. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) whose goal is to scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers. This is a field-first sales leadership role. You will spend 3+ days per week in the field alongside your reps — running in-person ride-alongs, coaching live provider meetings, and driving the sales activity that moves the needle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team of PPMs to hit and exceed targets
  • Spend 3 days per week in the field coaching PPMs through live provider meetings and ride-alongs
  • Hire, train, and onboard new team members
  • Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s anchored in pipeline reviews and account planning
  • Review PPM meeting recordings to provide feedback and surface best practices
  • Implement performance management processes
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that aligns with Nourish's values

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have

  • A proven track record in healthcare sales/BD
  • 1+ years of sales management experience, ideally at a high-growth startup
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople
  • Comfortable and energized spending the majority of your week in the field with reps
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Aptitude for leveraging data and data tooling (specifically Salesforce) to inform your strategy
  • Aptitude for learning new systems
