What You Will Work On
- Community Outreach & Referral Partner Development (80%)
- Actively manage and grow patient referrals in your region through systematic outreach to existing provider partners
- Identify and develop new potential referral sources to grow Amae's presence
- Collapse urgent patient situations, collaborating with hospital systems, social workers, and providers
- Work closely with clinical staff to ensure referred patients are connected with appropriate care
- Serve as a visible, trusted ambassador for Amae Health in the community
- Planning, Collaboration, & Documentation (20%)
- Track outreach activity, referral outcomes, and pipeline in CRM to meet or exceed enrollment targets
- Develop quarterly market plans in collaboration with clinical and leadership teams
- Participate in weekly team meetings; complete documentation accurately and on time
What You'll Have
- 3+ years of client or customer-facing experience with defined engagement targets
- Proven track record of building a referral base and relationships in business development, sales, community outreach, or referral management
- Knowledge of and passion for mental health and wellness
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong public speaking ability
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Raleigh region
- General computer proficiency and ability to learn tools like Google Suite, Slack, and CRM systems
