Market Growth Lead, Provider Partnerships

Become a part of our caring community The MSO Market Growth Lead defines the sales strategy for multiple lines of business targeting specific markets. You will work on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. You will report to the Associate Director, Channel Development. You will develop and execute growth strategies for CenterWell's MSO/IPA network. You will engage independent primary care practices on CenterWell's MSO/IPA offering in the Seattle and Salt Lake City markets. You will achieve targets around the recruitment of providers into CenterWell IPA Solutions and driving meaningful membership growth. This role is for a sales professional with demonstrated experience closing business deals, meeting and exceeding goals, and requires an understanding of value-based agreements and provider contracting. You will be the subject matter expert on CenterWell's MSO/IPA product portfolio and support the strategic deployment of that portfolio to grow provider partnerships that drive the business towards its membership and revenue goals.
