  • Prepare and submit client bid documents for both public and private projects.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain and update company website content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and optimal user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in the AEC industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with business development processes
  • Ability to read and interpret RFP/RFQs
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Familiarity with project management databases like Deltek and Ajera
  • Experience working with CRM software, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, web analytics, and content management tools
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM campaigns
  • Availability for occasional travel
