Proposal & Pursuit Specialist
Principal Responsibilities
- Cook up qualification-based proposals and collateral materials tailored to client needs and evaluation criteria
- Support pursuit strategy and kick-off meetings to define positioning, messaging, responsibilities, and timelines
- Synthesize complex technical content from multiple contributors into cohesive, client-focused narratives
- Drive editing and quality control for assigned proposals and qualification packages
- Create collateral, coordinate practice sessions, and support win strategy for project interview presentations and client meetings
- Perform pursuit close-out activities, including proposal deconstruction, internal and external debriefs, and competitor proposal review
- Contribute to the development and ongoing optimization of the Central Qualifications Library and project experience database
- Curate targeted experience lists, resumes, and case studies that support a range of pursuits
- Identify project-based public relations and project photography opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate marketing team members
- Aid with additional marketing and business development support projects as required
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent, required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or communications
- Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry experience preferred
- Highly organized, with good time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Design layout skills
- Proficient with Adobe InDesign
- Salesforce or client relationship management experience a plus
- Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisors, co-workers, principals, consultants and other outside contacts
- Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay
Ranges (by jurisdiction, in compliance with local laws): $60,000-$85,000 Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
