Proposal Coordinator

Job Description

Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs.

Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables.

Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups.

Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program.

Assist with various other marketing-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Desired Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Required Skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Teamwork perspective and desire to support marketing initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and departments
  • Positive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solve
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently when needed
